I like how easy it is to set up, configure, manage, monitor (via mobile app), etc., as well as that there are multiple providers in this space with different features/pricing models.

The ability for users who don't have technical skills or experience managing servers can easily do so themselves via an intuitive web interface. It's not perfect--it could be easier to navigate when you're working from your phone vs desktop computer. However, once we got used to the UI, everything worked great!
