I recently bought a black tactical first-aid kit. Just for camping and to have easy access to small items like aspirin, tylenol, benadryl and smaller medical supplies I attached a carabiner which I bought separately. It's not waterproof, so you might have to put it in your pocket for the flash. The pouch is empty, so you must go to your first aid kit and take your entire first aid kit with you. It does not come with alcohol bandages or Neosporin. So I recommend you go a line and google the first aid kit. To be honest, this is not a waterproof case. So if you're just looking for a small pouch that can hold a limited amount, this is fine for any occasion. After canoeing I just left it in the side panel of my car door.
