Nothing for small or light people.

The pillow is very soft, but extremely uncomfortable to use. I recently bought this for a long flight and couldn't use it because it pushed my head forward into an uncomfortable position. Maybe it's because I'm a short person - maybe a tall man would be better off? Not very good if you are small.
