I love that Trio has a great customer support. I have never run into a support staff that I couldn't have a good discussion with or that is unhelpful or not very knowledgeable. I don't love that Trio is a bit expensive. I have some pretty important HR tools and am not at all convinced that Trio is the right fit. I have been very impressed with the support and the customer support and the learning curve. I have been so impressed that I have been pushing the company to upgrade. We have been looking at Trio for a number of reasons. I am able to have a centralized HR and Payroll and I don't have to manage a number of different systems. We have the ability to have a good Payroll/payroll tax/payroll compliance. We've been using this system for about 3 years now with our entire organization (around 500 people). There's not much I can say because of how effective it has become in terms of managing human resources within an ecommerce setup such as ours! The reporting capabilities have always impressed me - even when we still used Excel spreadsheets before that were very difficult if you wanted any kind accuracy or meaningful insights into what was going down at your place!!
