This Bondi is a very good width (4") and tapers to a thin (less than 1/2") elastic at the back. I have yet to find other bands with such a precise format. The thickness on the back is not 1 or 2 inches (or more) so it doesn't cut off like most bandy tapes and doesn't look like a bandage. The front part absorbs moisture very well - I wear 3+. Hourly marathon in 70 degrees without overheating or leaking (although the rest of my body gets wet) It disappears onto your head, perfect for warmer exercises when you need to keep sweat off your face but don't feel like it. Cover your head. I have several Bondi bands and this one is the best. Please note that I am a short/medium hair male. So if you are looking for something to hold back your long hair, you must trust someone else's review. :)
