Review on Official Lifeguard Girls Hi Cut Short Girls' Clothing by Lori Coleman

I am writing to request a new pair of these shorts in size SM. While the pair we ordered fit, when I washed them ONCE, alone and in cold water, the red border bled all over the white. The photos don't show how much red has bled into the white, but it's best seen (in the pictures) around the tie. I need a replacement ASAP... This is a Halloween costume for my 9 year old daughter.
