Works very well. I had skin problems due to city water. Too many chemicals for my scalp. The filter has done its job. It wears out pretty quickly (as mentioned by independent reviews) and you'll need to replace the $8-10 filter every few months. But it does its job and I can't complain about it. Installation and configuration takes about 5 minutes and changing the filter takes 2 minutes. I was able to get 3 months out of the filter if you don't let the shower water run too hot.
