I was skeptical at first because some reviews said it was too dry for their cats and difficult to chew. We have 3 adults and a child almost 1 year old and none of them had any problem chewing. I've just started mixing it in their food to gradually get them used to it and they love it so much they take it out of their food. First, haha. The consistency of dry cat food - can be tricky if you've only been feeding wet or raw food before, but if your cat is used to dry food then it's fine and probably a pretty good transition/entry into a raw food diet.
