The fact it's so simple for me as user - I can easily create my posts in minutes and share them by myself through our own API system or via Twitter & Facebook! It also works perfectly well when used together with other tools like Buffer (for scheduling). We didn't really have any problems using this tool, but maybe some features would be more intuitive? If there are several people working within one team we could benefit from having access profiles of each member which allows us quickly finding someone who knows how something should look/behave etc., without waiting too long during meetings.
