I was so excited to get this and build it so that I had the extra space for things.First, after 3 hours of trying to figure out how it went together correctly and why it wasn't adding up right I realized I got shorted 4 bars and tried to get ahold of their customer service and still have never gotten a reply and it's been months upon months. Second, this has literally fallen over so many times and almost all the plastic pieces have literally broken and I tried to hot glue them back together to try and be able to use them and unfortunately only worked for a short period of time even after anchoring to the wall to help it from tipping . I hardly had anything on it so it's sad because I was super excited for the extra little storage. The only great thing about it was that I LOVED that it had the full cover that zipped up to keep dust and anything from getting your clothes dirty . I now currently can only use 4 squares from the entire thing and had to get rid of the rest, I gave up trying to solve and fix it all. I hate to give a bad review but it sucks I couldn't get it to work. revain's customer service is who you have to go thru to tell what's wrong since the company didn't reply.
