I'm not sure what i expected when I bought this little guy. The Wacom equivalent is almost $400 and this one is $100.However, I did expect it to be at least functional and it really wasn't.In my review I'm comparing it to my roughly 7 year old wacom intuos pro medium.Tablet weight 3/5its very light, which could be a good thing if you plan to travel with this thingButtons on the tablet 3/5Feel a little wobbly, definitely on the cheaper side which isnt horrible and what i expected from a $100 tabletI wish the buttons had different nubs you could feel with your fingers like the wacom has, would make it easier to blindly select the buttons i want.Buttons on the pen 3/5similar feel to the buttons on the tablet itself, but somehow louder when clicked, they remind me of a mechanical keyboard noise.Weight of the pen 2/5very very light compared to the intuos pen which is personal preference so if your looking for a lighter pen this is it.No Eraser on the pen 1/5The drawing surface 3/5whatever protective laminate they use for the drawing area rises up ever so slightly in the middle, which threw off my pen contact when attempting to touch the pen to the tablet. The actual surface texture is nice, i can see the paper feel they tried to go for. I am used to drawing a glossier surface because my tablet is so old it doesnt have the textured surface anymore and my ipad pro doesnt have a textured screen protector so im used to glossy drawing surfaces.Wireless connectivity 1/5This is very shoddy, im very close to the source so there should be NO lag or stuttering, it was SEVERE when i attempted to use it wirelessly and was the nail in the coffin for me returning it.Needs a heavy hand for clicking on things 2/5Even after messing with the pressure sensitivity the amount of pressure i had to put onto the pen to the tablet to actually get it to click on something was horrid.using it to 3d model in zbrush 2/5this was a frustrating experience, whenever i zoomed in and out on my model (which i do a lot, its part of 3d modeling) it would randomly unclick and stop zooming in or out causing me to have to re-do the zoom over and over again.The usb-c cord 4/5by nature the usb-c cord can be upward or downward which is awesome for cord life (which is essential since the wireless connectivity is bad) . I only wish it was on the right hand side, it would be a little better for my personal set up because my computer tower is on the right hand side; its not a huge deal though.The dial 5/5Other than the usb-c cord this is the only thing i truly loved about this tablet. I'm used to having a dial from using my wacom so it took a while to find a tablet that wasnt a wacom that had one, a lot of the off brand tablets seem to be gravitating towards a strip which im not sure about.Overall 3/5This is a good beginner tablet, assuming your wireless connectivity was better than mine. Lots of shortcut buttons, good size.
