Ever since I moved to the Pacific Northwest for the last few years I have had problems with cold feet when wearing Nike or athletic shoes in the winter. I always wore thinner sports socks and the winter chills always got through. My friend recommended these socks to me and I bought a pair. At first I was hesitant because of the price but now I don't regret it because these are the best socks I've ever had. The first thing I noticed upon opening the box was that these socks are high quality and very thick. So thick that they make your shoes more comfortable. They add an extra layer of insulation that is essential in cold weather. The inside of these socks is very plush and fluffy. A very pleasant feeling. After the first wash/dry cycle, the socks held their shape well and didn't lose thickness in the drying cycle.
