I love glasses! Immediate calming effect! They look really unique which is why I don't wear them outside yet, but wear them at home when I'm watching TV or checking my phone. I'm not sure I'll wear them to work because my face might get too much attention from the students I work with. I also wish the logo didn't say Sleep ZM on the side because I think it lets others know you're using it to help sleep if you can keep it private. Glasses are of good quality and lightweight. I wish there were different frames to choose from for women and I would buy more!
