I like how easy it was for me as an amateur user of hosting services to set up my website with them! The customer service team were very helpful when setting things up - even though at times there are technical difficulties (as anyone will experience) their support staff always respond quickly and resolve any issues without delay or question asked. Their prices aren't too high but don’t expect much outlay either. There isn't anything really bad about this provider - just be prepared for some teething problems if using something new/unusual such as PHP 7 etc. They also offer free domain registration which made life easier than having to register another site elsewhere first! Setting everything up myself from scratch took quite awhile due to inexperience. But once done, it's been running smoothly ever since.
