As I mentioned before, the console outshines its rivals in every way. The build quality is only 5+ out of 10. Prior to purchasing a PS4, I owned an Xbox 360, and its components creaked and backlashed like a cheap Chinese toy. The gamepad is pointless; it contains so many features that some cellphones have less sensors than it does. The only real drawback of the controller is its short battery life—roughly 5 hours on average—so heavy users should probably invest in some USB extension connections and stick to playing tethered. The negative, of course, is the cost. Due to the dollar's depreciation in Ukraine, the console and its accompanying games have gotten more expensive since their respective release dates. However, because we are talking about brand-new products, the market has more or less stabilized in price after three to four months. Overall though, I couldn't be happier with the purchase; it's the ultimate gaming solution.
