Hand holes are very narrow
Fits as a pouch for 120 refills. I'm so glad I went for the big one because it has just enough space. The armholes/elastic are too tight and almost painful. I don't have hidden forearms but after using the bag I had deep dents. Overall, however, it gets the job done
