Arrived in about 2 minutes. started to flicker. then the projector turned off. I took the bulb out and put it back in. the same behavior. It appears that the black Molex power connector has come loose. I sent it back and received a similar lamp (exactly the same design) from a different source. The black Molex mount seemed a bit more stable, but not 100%. In any case, the new bulb works perfectly. 20 hours of use so far. These $40 lightbulbs hit the spot. Much luck.
