The video showed nothing. The manufacturer of this case needs to upload another video explaining this properly! Amateur videos usually don't explain properly! I get tired of hearing "hm!" over and over again. It has a "lip" and you must unclip it completely to open and remove it from the lip. Be sure to release the two tabs at the bottom before detaching the case. These are your security tabs to snap into place when you're done. You then place the tablet in the back half of the case, peel off the clear plastic inside, and then place the front over the back half of the case and start (neatly) pulling the tab out and snapping it into place. Way around! It takes a little effort to do this and you may have to run around a few times to get it attached correctly! But it's worth it! Then remove the outer plastic, snap the two tabs on the bottom. And everything is ready. Great idea, great case! Firmly ! I love it!
