Shipping was great but our daughter's hatchimal kept turning off in the egg and after we did it 3 times it wouldn't hatch or turn on again. We helped hatch. We read ALL the instructions and changed the batteries hoping it would work again but he never sang a song about Hatchi's birthday, his eyes never lit up again and there was no sound at all :(Absolute waste of money! I tried Calling Spin Master a couple of times to talk to someone about it to no avail
