OK. Not good. suitable for floating shelves
I'm not quite sure how to thread the rope through a board that only has 3 holes instead of 4. Guess I have to drill the last hole. The instructions aren't the best either. Common sense and straightforward assembly, but for people who need step-by-step instructions, the ones that come with it aren't any good. Update: Excellent customer service. She saw my review and returned the money immediately. I upgraded it from 3 to 4 stars. Thank you!
