A very comprehensive platform for your small biz and easy-to-use interface too
The customer service is amazing! They will go out their way to make sure that our needs, wants & requirements are met in every possible manner. Their support team has been nothing but helpful when I have had issues with my account or questions about how they can help me improve my business. We've used them for several years now without any problems at all. There's no reason not to give it a try if there isn't anything wrong with what we're using right away - just ask around first since some people may be hesitant because they haven't heard good things from others who use this software before. Our accounting department uses Invisibot to track invoices as well as other important documents such as purchase orders. This allows us to keep everything organized within each client file so that everyone knows where exactly an invoice was sent/received by whom etc., which helps immensely during audits.

- Very intuitive design; even those unfamiliar w high level technical jargon would find themselves familiar after little usage time..if you know "what" your looking foor (ie tracking expenses) then its easy enough.and most importantly quick too ;
- You could very easily train someone else quickly once trained yourself..or maybe thats
- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
