My bleached hair needed a gentle treatment so I was looking for something to buy and came across an article stating that applying biotin topically to the hair and skin is more effective than ingesting it dietary supplements. There aren't many biotin hair products on the market but I found this one and after making sure the ingredients didn't just contain silicone or alcohol I decided to give it a try. Wow my hair is so soft and shiny like silk! And it's so thick that this container will probably last a few months, and my hair is 20 inches long. It's great to find a fantastic product that is legal and inexpensive. I will forever add this baby to my hair products.
