Fits just a little on my ankle. I had a similar pair that I bought from an outlet recently that I really liked. The old couple had grown old but so comfortable that my daughter adopted them. So I just gave in, gave her these, and ordered these. The lower band fell off within a month. I do running and boxing. I have boxers, but I don't want to tie them all the time. I was cruel to them. The old pair is still strong but not mine anymore, I don't know if I'll find anything else that compares to the first pair. π
