I really like this necklace. It shines and looks well built. However, note that 16 inches is slightly shorter than 16 inches. The same goes for the 18 inch, it is slightly shorter than the 18 inch. I first ordered 16 inch but it was more like a necklace. The clasp adds weight to the back and makes the chain smaller in the front (unless you're using a heavy pendant - mine is light). It made my neck look short. Then I returned it. I ordered the 18" instead and they fall a bit on my collarbone and it doesn't make my neck look shorter than it is. If you don't want almost a choker you can opt for an 18" choker. I carry my 24/7 and will update my review if it ever fades 16 inch and 18 inch.
