Small Ordered for 5'6" 140 lb woman, 42" hips (near center of buttocks), 26" inseam to ankle and 31" inseam to floor...for themed pajama parties Soft, comfortable, with drawstring, a bit long for me in the legs but not so much that I trip over them and I prefer pajama bottoms that are a bit longer. The fabric is thin, soft and has a silky feel, the label says 92% polyester 8% spandex made in China. You'll have to cut a few screws, but that's not a problem for me. The overall length of the pants from top to bottom is approximately 41 inches and the inseam measures approximately 31 inches.
