Don't buy these for your premature baby. They are the same size as newborns but four times the price. I got a preemie size from other sellers on Revain and it's not a real deal. The first picture I posted shows the actual size of the premature baby on the left. In the second photo, the newborn's diaper is on the right. Decide for yourself or find out when your child urinates through them like we did.
