We no longer have to go searching on many different sites where documentation of companies are often very fragmented and not as simple. The best thing about Q Wiki is how easy it is to use. I like that everything is searchable, so you never have to go back to look for something again. There are some things I would like to see added such as more templates and the ability to add images or other media. Also, there is not an option to set up different views of the wiki - one view for internal users and one for external users. We use Q Wiki to keep our business processes and procedures updated. It has been very helpful in this regard.
