Very comfortable after a shower or at night while watching TV or reading. You need to buy at least one size larger than you would normally buy for a robe as their size is much smaller when robes are made in China. I have to make sure to wash it in cold water and dry it in a cooler dryer because I can't shrink it and I think I'm the largest size and I'm not that big of a guy. 5'6", but stocky. I love the way it looks and feels. I didn't like one of the robes advertised as "thick terrycloth."
