The most amazing feature I love about Zen Cargo was its customer service team who were always there whenever we needed them! They would not only respond promptly but also provided us with great solutions for our problems - no matter how big or small they might have been!! Sometimes it can be hard if you are new in this business because all your expectations will change once you get into doing actual work like tracking shipments etc. Be prepared enough before jumping right away otherwise everything may go wrong after few weeks/ months when things don't seem easy at first sight The ease of finding freight quotes and the ability to pay from the app has really changed how I view booking freight. If you are looking for an all in one solution, it's hard to beat! I would like to see some more features added to the web version. This could include but not limited to; tracking shipments, reporting, invoicing, etc. Pricing and customer service. Easy to find quotes and easy to pay by app.
