Review on MICTUNING Pre Wired Breaker Switch Panel by Jim Kriegshauser

I bought two of these and the first one was fine. I easily installed it in my car. But the last one I ordered and received had a small broken piece of plastic on the part that holds the switch in place. I only noticed this when I was about to install it in my boat's console. To mark the holes I removed the 12v plug and USB connectors and finally the switch itself where I saw the broken plastic part. I ordered a replacement through Amazon and it was expected to arrive almost a month after my original order! However, when he asked for a refund and ordered it with a profit, he showed it was guaranteed two-day delivery! I think maybe this should be some sort of overview of the Amazon replacement process, which strikes me as completely backwards. How to replace a defective product after ordering a new product? It does not make sense. Anyway decent quality item but for the price and the last one has a broken part and I doubt value for money here.
