I bought them first before I went to Angel's Landing in Zion. I had a cracked heel and needed something with cushioning. It worked great! Then I tried them on my fingers, because in winter hands are very dry and the skin cracked. They help heal cuts and tears much faster if I put them on as soon as the tears appear. When I put them on my hands they only last about a day because they start to curl up and cling to my hair. I was able to remove them by gently and slowly pulling the bandage under running water. Do not pull them off without water and be very careful as you may pull the skin and damage the cut.
