So sad. It has so much potential, but it's not well thought out. The mounting of the cleats in the metal tube is awful and all of my rods were slightly bent meaning nothing was aligned. I had to fix them myself. What about plastic shoe racks? They break after a few years. The whole thing is unstable, which isn't ideal for a 5ft tall boot rack. So disappointed.
