Review on Balichun Pillowtop Mattress Cotton Alternative by Shane Sanchez

The product I received looks more like a mattress pad than a mattress pad. We chose the gray option because it looked shinier, silkier, and cooler on a warm night. The feel/look I was hoping for was achieved. However, my dissatisfaction comes from the thickness and/or material within this so-called "mattress topper". He's not fluffy; we let it air out for 3 days after unpacking (on an unused bed in the guest room) and "fluffed it up" - it never puffed up. The overall thickness is less than 2.5cm; I don't know the exact size because I've never used a custom made ruler. There seems to be a lot less foam/material than pictured and described in the positive reviews I read prior to ordering. I definitely received an inferior product compared to the satisfaction and expectations these rave reviews met. I could also just buy a mattress topper. This "mattress topper" does not provide any additional comfort, support or softness. Don't waste your money on this - it's NOT a mattress topper.
