Good afternoon An order for the Huion INSPIROY H420 graphics tablet was delivered yesterday. The instructions (section 5. Digital pen) say that the charging time is approximately 1 hour. The fact is that after charging, the pen writes on the tablet if it is connected to the laptop with a cable. All reviews show a pen that is not connected to the laptop in any way. I don't like being strapped to my laptop while drawing. Please explain why a charged pen does not write. To whom should this question be addressed?
