In the shoes under the insoles, it's almost impossible to try to plug them in for charging. 6 year old daughter is very disappointed. I feel cheated. Absolutely false advertising! Great neck pain. Just keep them because daughter loves them rolling. She's just frustrated that we can't get her to catch fire.
