This is definitely for tall plus size people. I wear women's XL and I could fit one more person in it. I have other similar wearable blankets and they are roomy but this one is so big there were air gaps around me so it didn't keep me warm. If you're looking for something this big, it's good quality but I haven't washed it until I know how it fits. It is wrapped with a ribbon so it is a good gift. I will be sending mine back as it is so big but have decided to keep it. If the sleeves weren't so big, I probably would have. But even with my sleeves rolled up, it was difficult to type while working from home.
