I can't imagine how comfortable it is to sit in this thing. Even with the adjustment levers, I have to crawl back to the backrest itself to get the backrest against my back. Well, the chair has preformed grooves for your buttocks. So when I move backwards to get some back support, I'm sitting on an uncomfortable "hill" behind the ridges for your buttocks. It is hard to explain. I don't understand the meaning of these grooves. As a result, NONE of the pads are where you make contact with the seat, but there are plenty of pads around you that serve no purpose. This chair is so uncomfortable to sit on; My tailbone literally hurts at the end of the day.
