Weak plastic and rough holes

The circles in the template I received are not clearly perforated. So if you trace one of the circles, the outline will look jagged because there is still roughness where the centers of the circles were removed. Everything is fine with the template if you are not confused by the roughness of the circles. However, I ordered a Staedtler stencil and it is much better quality plastic and the holes are smooth and form a smooth circle when traced.
