In some cases (when you need to work the back area) you need a helper, but at least you don't strain your hands and fingers to use it. It provides incredibly relaxing relief from sore muscles, pinched nerves and general stress - so sweet. You can work any muscle and adjust the speed and choose the right stretch for the muscle you are working on. WHAT I LOVE: * Strong penetrating vibration for a great muscle massage * 4 speed settings - 1800, 2100, 2500, 3200 rotation speed * 4 different extensions that are very easy to insert and remove from the massage gun * Very easy to use - just one button. Press and hold for a few seconds to turn on/off. Press a few times to adjust the speed * Battery fully charges in a few hours and seems to last a long time (hasn't run out yet) * Quality construction and motor seems solid so hopefully it will last * Convenient storage Box to fit the massager and all extension cords * Nice and compact compared to other full size massage guns ONLY CONS: * Uses a USB charger and doesn't come with a wall socket to USB adapter so you can use your own USB -Need to provide a power source (like one of those ubiquitous USB charging boxes that everyone seems to have these days). SUMMARY: A very good mini massage gun that offers a great massage in a small and simple body.
