I've been waiting to write this review because I'm a leather snob and am more interested in bags than cars so had to wait a bit. I just threw Michael away for $400. Kors Hamilton shopper bag in the same beautiful Hermes-inspired caramel color as the Covelin bag, which I'm considering because as much as I love them and we all know we love to make everyone else swoon over our bags, me hated her . It weighed about 75 pounds and the price scared me out of the rain, nails, pens, little kids...everything I've switched to an 'inexpensive' bag that goes against everything I believe in was cute, got lots of compliments. , polka dots, bold colors and boldness., and none of these represented me one iota. Wearing faux leather made me physically ill. So I ventured into a company I had never heard of and had two requirements. : Real leather, neutral off-season color that can be worn with black or brown, although I only wear black but dare to dream. I also wanted to have a few good coves but not too many to keep catching fish. I needed strong handles that couldn't be "loosened" from the bucket and I wanted it to have some sort of closure, preferably a strong, well-made, smooth zipper so I can close the top of the bag when I need it have done. I don't want it to be open to the whole world when I go shopping and get distracted by chocolate tasting. To be honest, mission accomplished. Kovelin, you have justified my expectations. Your price does not let me live in fear and you have pleasantly surprised me with your quality, which is not easy as I am a very arrogant wallet snob. That's my only indulgence, and carrying a bag that isn't immediately recognized or envied is outside of my comfort zone, which is why you broke me and I thank you for it.
