I originally ordered a medium sized headband. It was too small when it arrived but I didn't want to complain as it was my own fault as I purposely ordered the smaller side hoping it wouldn't stretch when I was sweating and using it in the sun was. About a day after my headband arrived, I received an email from Nate at E Tronic Edge asking if the size I ordered was right for me. I explained my problem and he immediately offered to send me the correct one, no questions asked and free! He said his company prides itself on its customer satisfaction and I want you to know that this undoubtedly applies to the excellent service I received! I of course received a follow up email asking if the second brace would fit and I hope I am happy with the product. I would definitely order from this company again without hesitation!
