Review on Metra 95-8202 Toyota Double DIN Multi Dash Kit, Black, Single by Tyrone Carter

I bought these brackets for a 2004 Toyota Tundra SR5 Access cab. I recently bought a truck and wanted to replace the original radio with something more modern. The original brackets fit the radio fairly well, however the hole is slightly wider than the radio I installed. These brackets (if you can call them that) attach to the sides of the radio and help take up extra space, making it look more like a factory setup. I had to modify them a bit by sanding down one of the mounting points as it made contact with the side bracket that actually holds the radio securely, but once installed it looks fine and you can't even tell that it's not part of the radio are or fastening system . I'm glad my son realized in advance that I needed it, and not when we collected everything back! When in doubt, buy them ahead of time and have them on hand just in case!
