1. The screw holes were too small for the casters and I had to hammer them in to make the holes big enough for the screws provided.2 . I'm missing a screw for the wheels.3. A handle screw was mixed up so that it did not fit in the handle hole. I tried the screw on all the knobs but they didn't fit at all so I figured the problem was the screw, not the knob or the hole. Because of this, a handle is very free and swings easily.4. The top drawer arrived a little bent but still works. At first glance, this is an inferior and fragile material. In addition to the quality, what caused me to give a negative rating are the numerous problems with the screws and holes. The least they could do was make sure the holes were big enough for the screws they provided, specify the exact number of screws, and provide working screws that weren't mixed up. I do not recommend this product.
