Extra hard with hand tools. And I can fix almost anything. With the help of a crowbar I was able to detach the tire from the rim. But even with the two of us, we couldn't get the tire back on the rim. The smaller the tire, the stiffer it is. In the end I took the tire to a workshop for a refit. You need the right tools if you want to get the job done. Get a mini tire changer before you start. This is a good investment if you are repairing or will be repairing more than one tire. I didn't, so taking it to a repair shop was my best bet.
