I bought this for my one year old. He loves watching us brush our teeth but hates being brushed. We have an electric toothbrush and he always seems keen on it so I thought maybe giving him an electric toothbrush to use would make him want to use it. It's still a struggle, but not a step in the right direction. I personally love it. It doesn't rotate like a regular electric toothbrush so it's still very safe for his tiny sensitive gums, it just vibrates and I'm sure he feels great when he's teething. He also lights up, which seems to really pique his interest. I love that it has a large base that allows it to stand up when not in use and is easy to handle even for small hands.
