Not compatible with the new MacBook Pro 2019.

I have two different types of USB-C HDMI adapters. These and the ones I also bought from Best Buy. the one from Best Buy works great, but this one doesn't even show that it's connected. Maybe it's just not compatible with my hardware, but I still don't even know how the image quality should be. worked. hope this helps someone.
