A very stylish, lightweight adapter with great tiny bulbs (although nowhere in the brochure does it describe what they mean, but you'll see red, green and blue flashing throughout if everything works perfectly). Of course, the most important thing is that this adapter works properly. I use it with a Macbook Pro and it's flawless. Tests on an empty network (Ubiquity switch) with my file server showed a fairly constant speed of 114 MB/s with a peak speed of 117 MB/s when communicating with my file server. Pretty good performance.
