Good gaming headset, good microphone, subpar speakers. Function: excellent headphones. They're comfortable and easy to use (unlike some bulky gaming headsets I've had before). I like the built in manual microphone mute switch. The built-in volume control works well but feels cheap. Microphone: The sound quality of the microphone is good, just don't hold the microphone too close to your mouth as breathing into this microphone is loud. But with the microphone a short distance from the mouth, everything works very well. The microphone is really easy to place and so small it never seems to get in the way. Sound: These are some of the worst sounding headphones I've had in a long time. They're great for gaming, but don't expect to be able to use them to listen to music or movies right away. The speakers sound canned. Although they can sound pretty good with a strong equalizer on your phone to listen to music! :) Overall I'm happy to use them as my current gaming headset. I would recommend them to anyone on a budget who wants to chat with their friends over console or PC gaming.
