$12 best investment

I was thinking about changing the sprockets on my bike to make it more comfortable to ride on the freeway, but this solved my problem. At first I didn't want to change the sprocket because I do a lot of city riding and a lot less highway riding, but I've been doing it more and more and once I've made the trip I had to take a break. To free my hand from the claws I thought why not try it. This is a game changer! Not only do I have to cling less, but the vibrations are really reduced and I'm much more comfortable on freeways now. It does have a bit of a learning curve, but at this point when I'm pulling off the freeway and feeling like it's too high, I just push it up and down (because it's easier to push it up than down ). I ride a 2003 Honda Shadow VLX 600 with stock grips and it fits perfectly without the extra grip they include.
