My 1 star rating is based solely on customer service. We had a crack in our trampoline house within 2 weeks. It's in the seam, so we can't fix it ourselves. We followed the cancellation process which consisted of contacting Little Tikes directly for repairs. 90 days material guarantee. Within that 90 day mark, we are GOOD. I have now emailed photos of the damage THREE TIMES and every time I call they say they are not getting anything but I have had an email reply saying everything has been received. I think customer service is playing a bit of a game - they keep telling you nothing has been received (don't give me alternatives to send them this info) and once 90 days have passed I'll say I'm SOL am. Worst customer service experience ever. I will NEVER buy anything again.
